Established in 1976, the Howell Area Junior Football League ("HAJFL") has a proud history of promoting youth sports and fostering a love for football and cheerleading within the Howell community. Since its inception, the organization has been dedicated to providing young athletes with a platform to learn, grow, and compete in a safe and supportive environment.
Over the years, HAJFL has grown to encompass several age groups and divisions, enabling children of various skill levels to participate and enjoy the benefits of team sports. With an unwavering commitment to excellence, HAJFL has nurtured the athletic abilities of countless youth, many of whom have gone on to excel in high school, collegiate, and even professional sports.
In addition to its core football and cheerleading programs, HAJFL has been an active participant in community service initiatives and fundraising efforts, helping to support local charities and organizations. This involvement has allowed HAJFL to not only enrich the lives of its athletes but also contribute to the betterment of the Howell community as a whole.
HAJFL operates under the guidance of a dedicated Board of Directors, consisting of volunteers who are passionate about youth sports and the positive impact they can have on children's lives. The board works closely with coaches, parents, and local schools to ensure a high standard of safety, sportsmanship, and skill development across all divisions.
As HAJFL continues to grow and evolve, it remains committed to its founding principles of promoting teamwork, fair competition, and personal growth. The organization is proud of its rich history and looks forward to a bright future filled with athletic success and community involvement.
