Dear HAJFL Cheer/Pom Families, Fans, and Athletes,

Welcome to a new and exciting season of cheer and pom! We are Dana Jones and Jenn Crawford, your dedicated Cheer/Pom Directors, and we are thrilled to embark on this journey with each of you. Our philosophy is rooted in strong, positive leadership and clear, consistent communication. We believe that these foundations are key to nurturing not only skilled athletes but also confident and dedicated individuals.

Our passion for cheer and pom runs deep, and we are committed to sharing this love with our athletes. We understand the importance of creating a supportive and fun environment where our young athletes can thrive, develop their skills, and foster a lifelong love for the sport. We aim to strike the perfect balance between having fun and pushing each athlete to grow. Through positive reinforcement and a focus on individual progress, we will work to ensure that every athlete, from our first graders to our eighth graders, becomes the strongest and best they can be.

As we look to the future, our goal is to significantly grow the HAJFL Cheer/Pom community, both in the number of athletes and in the skill level of each participant. We are dedicated to improving practice conditions and investing in the best equipment available to provide the safest and most conducive environment for our athletes' improvement. We understand that these changes may take time, but we are committed to making HAJFL Cheer/Pom a formidable force against neighboring community cheer and pom programs.

Please know that we are here for you. We are working diligently behind the scenes to enhance every aspect of our program. Your feedback, support, and participation are vital to our success. Together, we will create an unforgettable experience for our athletes and families, filled with cheers, growth, and triumphs.
